After 3500km on the road the last 3 weeks, our left-side-gravel-road driving skills had improved infinitely. We arrived at the capital today ready to fly out tomorrow.
We couldn't believe we've been away from home for more than a month already. It's been easier than we thought and more enjoyable than we expected.
We loved the beauty of Namibian landscapes and attractions. Unfortunately, we had to sacrifice not going to the north of the country to limit the amount of driving and the whole Namibian population seem to reside in the north. Although it has been fun talking to other fellow travellers, we didn't have much chances to interact with locals who weren't guides or waitresses or hotel staff. That's a pity. And the few photos I did take in a "real" town were in the roll that I lost... Seems like we simply must come back someday. =)
